You think you know love but, I'm sure you don't
cause you don't have a cat who's no longer a runt
he got so big he can't reach his rear end
things get stuck there til you just can't pretend
so you pull out the trimmer and the scissors and more
his nails dig in til you're bleeding and sore
this was not what you imagined on that long ago day
as you drove so expectantly to the SPCA
but you love the little critter so there's nothing to do
but cut off all his butt hair to get rid of the poo!
